We are a small batch, craft, salmon and salt smokehouse. We create unique New Zealand wood smoked cured salmon and salts.
Our original salmon recipe was developed in Wellington New Zealand and first appeared on the Lord of The Rings, Fellowship of the Ring premier red-carpet event 2001.
In the spirit of Vancouver's vibrant boutique craft microbrewery scene we are keen to experiment with brew flavors for salmon curing and variations on smoking woods.
