Coarse Grey Finishing Salt

Finishing salt is used to season food at the end of cooking instead of at the beginning. 

Finishing salts are all-natural and unrefined. As the name suggests, these are meant to sprinkle on finished dishes to add extra flavor and texture.

Our coarse grey sea salt is obtained through the evaporation of seawater by the sun, on the shorelines of France. It is hand-harvested from salt marshes, which gives it its natural grey colour.

This product is an important source of minerals sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and trace elements of iron and zinc. Old Teds Cure Smoked Finishing Salt is harvested without additive and non-iodized.
